Item #7612
LARGE PACKET
30-45 Days. Arugula has been described as peppery, mustardy, and spicy, but we just call it delicious! Excellent as a baby green when
picked young; add new flavors and textures
to your everyday salad, or simply toss
arugula with balsamic vinegar and olive oil
and top with fresh-grated Parmesan for a
distinctive Italian take on salads. Leaves
can also be steamed as a side dish or
added to many other dishes, such as pizza.
Also a good container variety. This large
packet has a generous amount of seed
for successive sowings so you can have
arugula available fresh from the garden for
many months.
This packet sows approximately ten 10-foot rows, or twenty successive sowings of 5-foot rows.
